We are looking for premium cane molasses.
At the beginning of March, our efforts are rewarded: we place an order for 1.5 tons of organic molasses produced in… Cuba! We couldn’t have dreamed of a better origin: Cuba, the homeland “par excellence” of molasses rums, mojitos, and the best sugar production in the world.
After a few weeks of waiting, the first stage of our project is reached: on March 28, 2019, we receive our first container of molasses! Our project is starting to make a name for itself and catch the eye of many people. The Haute Ecole de Viticulture et Oenologie de Changins (Prestigious School of Viticulture and Oenology in Changins) wish to follow our project and offer analyses of the raw material. The collaboration is fruitful: we receive valuable coaching throughout the production process and the institution confirm the excellent quality of our molasses.
