• What are your delivery times?

Deliveries are made by Swiss Post or a private carrier with delivery without signature. Goods are typically delivered within 7 working days after the completion of the order.


  • What happens if I don’t get my package?

If after 10 working days you have still not received your package, please contact our customer service at sales@banqero.com with the copy of the confirmation of order you received by e-mail.


  • How do I return or exchange an item?

In accordance with our general terms of sale, only defected products can be exchanged. In this case, the product must not be opened or used. A claim with a copy of the order confirmation must be sent within 14 days of receipt by e-mail to sales@banqero.com. BANQERO will replace the damaged goods free of charge and as quickly as possible.


  • I received a broken product, what should I do?

In accordance with our general terms of sale, the buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery in the presence of the employee of Swiss Post or the delivery person. Defects must be reported on the delivery note and defective products must be refused.


  • Is the product I want in stock?

If you are able to add the product to your shopping cart, then yes. Products out of stock are indicated as such on the product page and cannot be added to your cart.


  • What payment options do you offer?

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or via Paypal.

These payment methods are fully secured via the Stripe payment gateway or the PayPal service.


  • Can I send a package as a gift?

Yes. In the “address” step of the ordering process, the delivery address will be the billing address by default, but you can modify the delivery address and replace it with an alternative address.
