BANQERO XO Trinidad is born from sugar cane molasses. The rum is aged in the Caribbean in bourbon barrels for 5 years, then leaves for Switzerland to finish the ageing process in Mitis casks for 24 months. The result produces a spiced nose, packed with vanilla and toffee. The palate offers a heavy opulent rum typical of Trinidad, combining notes of dark chocolate, bitter and licorice with a very long finish of warm spices and a hint of coffee.
BANQERO XO Guatemala is born from virgin sugar cane honey and embodies quintessential Guatemalan craftsmanship. The rum is aged in Central Amercia in bourbon barrels for 4 years, then leaves for Switzerland to finish the ageing process in Mitis casks for 24 months. The result produces a «warm» nose on brown sugar and tropical yellow fruits, mango on the top with a delicate and elegant palate combining notes of toffee, white oak and a hint of vanilla in the finish.
